Hilton Sydney is one of Australia’s largest hotel convention and meeting space with 4,000sqm of flexible floor space and accommodation for up to 1,100 delegates for a single event or conference. The conference and function centre is completely purpose built, designed by the industry for the industry. You will also be impressed by our dedicated Events Team who have over 70 years of combined event experience.

For your next function, you can select just the right space from the magnificent 1,100 seat Grand Ballroom, the versatile 48 booth Exhibition Space, 11 Event Rooms and 14 Hilton Meeting Rooms. From 3 to 3,000 delegates Hilton Sydney, right in the heart of the city, is the place to host a conference or event in true comfort, convenience and style.

Level 1

Thirteen meeting rooms, a board room and a dedicated Hilton Meetings Team member for level 1 will ensure there’s a meeting room just right for you.

Level 2

Five break-out rooms and a Stateroom, flooded with natural light and all accessible from a large pre-function area, make Level 2 a uniquely spacious and flexible venue, ideal for incentive groups and events.

Level 3

Hilton Sydney’s Grand Ballroom seats 1,100 guests theatre style and the extensive pre-function space is ideal for a cocktail party of up to 1,200 guests. The entire of level 3 (both Grand Ballroom and pre-function space) can hold up to 1,700 guests cocktail style.

Level 4

Saturated with an abundance of natural light and an open-air balcony, Level 4 allows delegates a fresher perspective and flexibility to exhibit or entertain whatever the size of their function.
