Play@Hilton is a complimentary gaming area available to all Hilton meeting delegates. Release boardroom tension and bond with work mates through our dedicated gaming room, fitted out with the latest Microsoft Xbox consoles, plasmas televisions and super soft bean bags. Delegates can also access individual Xbox gaming units, which are available in common break areas. Play@Hilton can be incorporated into meeting agendas or simply used for breakout sessions to re-energise delegates during a long day of meetings.
Why do we offer it?
A study conducted by Hilton Sydney found that 9 out of 10 Australians believe video games develop skills to enhance team productivity in work situations, such as meetings. The research showed people believe gaming can lead to more productive team meetings by improving strategic thinking, creativity and problem solving. Our research also illustrated that 91 percent of respondents believed having fun with co-workers through activities such as game play also significantly improved team relationships.
