Under his guidance, Zeta has won over 18 awards and launched unique concepts including Vintage Nights, a Cryogenic Sorbet Bar and Tiki Bar.

Our Sculpture
The sun-filled 20metre lobby of Hilton Sydney proudly displays a magnificent aluminium sculpture by renowned Australian sculptor, Bronwyn Oliver. Oliver’s coiling spiral design is suspended from the lobby ceiling and twists down four levels into the spacious atrium. The breathtaking sculpture and symbol of Hilton Sydney, featuring thousands of tiny aluminiumpieces, took Oliver, an engineer, and a meticulous team of welders almost nine months to assemble.
